Fans are eagerly anticipating the release of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dunki. From reacting to poster and trailers to making reels on songs, SRK’s fans are leaving no stone unturned to express their excitement for the film. And now, as per latest buzz, they are all set to create history by organizing first show at 5.55 am.

Shah Rukh Khan’s biggest fan club SRK Universe held first ever 9 am show for Pathaan at Mumbai’s iconic Gaiety cinema. They followed it with first ever 6 am show for Jawan at same iconic cinema. Now with SRK’s latest release Dunki, fans have created a new record with magical number 5:55 am show at Gaiety cinema. This is earliest show in history of iconic cinema. No other film had a show before 12 pm in 51 years of history at gaiety.
The shows will start from 5:55 am and will be attended by thousands of fans who are eager to see their favourite superstar on the big screen. Amidst all the massive craze, Dunki received a standing ovation at its censor board screening in Dubai, UAE at Voc Cinemas.
Dunki advance booking
The movie’s advance booking began in India on 16th December. According to the reports, 33770 tickets of Dunki have been sold in total for 2836 shows in Hindi. This means, the movie has earned around Rs 1.35 crores in advance bookings.
Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, Dunki also stars Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover. For those unaware, the meaning of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dunki is the use of the illegal immigration technique of ‘donkey flight’ to enter countries like US, UK and Canada. It is a widely used term in places like Punjab. The film is set to hit the theatres on December 21, along with Prabhas’ Salaar: Part 1-Ceasefire.
