Shah Rukh Khan feels proud of Juhi Chawla’s daughter as she graduates

Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla have a friendship that goes back a long time. Their connection has been so admirable and inspiring. And that bond isn’t just limited to them. It extends to the next generation as well. The actors often give shout outs to each other’s kids and Shah Rukh Khan did it yet again recently as Juhi’s daughter graduated.

Juhi Chawla’s daughter graduates from Columbia University

Juhi Chawla is currently in New York with her daughter Jahnavi for her graduation ceremony. It took place recently, and being a proud mother, Juhi shared several glimpses from there on social media. From a video of the ceremony, to a picture of Jahnavi in her graduation cap and robe and a glimpse of the Empire State Building being lit up in blue for Columbia’s graduation, Juhi collated it all on her Twitter.

After Juhi shared a picture of Jahnavi post the graduation, Shah Rukh retweeted it with a message of his own. The actor was ecstatic with this milestone of Janhavi’s life and promised a celebration once she returns to India. He wrote, “This is so awesome. Can’t wait for her to get back and celebrate with her. And a feeling of extreme pride. Love u Jaanz.”

Shah Rukh and Juhi’s friendship

SRK and Juhi began as co-stars on Darr. Post that, they went on to do several films together including Ram Jaane, Yess Boss, Duplicate, Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman, One 2 Ka 4, and many more. They started their own production company together with Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani as their first film. The duo even starred in it together.

Juhi and Shah Rukh also own the cricket team Kolkata Knight Riders in Indian Premiere League (IPL). SRK’s son Aryan Khan and Juhi’s daughter Jahnavi attended an IPL auction together a while back. They are really carrying this friendship strongly in the next generation

On the professional front, Juhi made her OTT debut last year with Hush Hush. As for SRK, he gave the biggest success of 2023 till date with Pathaan. Now, he has Jawan and Dunki up for release this year too in September and December respectively.
