Shah Rukh Khan has a humble response as fan asks him ‘real’ box office collection of Pathaan

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan got all chatty with his fans on Saturday, amid the massive success of his movie Pathaan. The actor took to his Twitter handle and held another ‘Ask SRK’ session. During the Q&A session, a fan of Shah Rukh Khan asked him about the box office collection of his movie Pathaan. And, King Khan answered the fan’s question with the most humble response.

Taking to Twitter, during the ‘Ask SRK’ session, the fan asked the Pathaan actor about the real box office collection of the movie. The fan wrote, “@iamsrk #Pathaan ka real collection kitna hai? #AskSRK.” Shah Rukh reacted with a humble response.

He told the fan that Pathaan collected 5000 crores in love, 3000 crore in appreciation and 3250 crores in hugs. In his response, SRK wrote, “5000 crores Pyaar. 3000 crore Appreciation. 3250 crores hugs….2 Billion smiles and still counting.”

Shah Rukh further quizzed the fan and asked him what are the numbers predicted by his accountant. He wrote, “Tera accountant kya bata raha hai??”

During the Q&A round, one social media user shared his review on Pathaan. He told SRK, for him, the first half of Pathaan was good, while the second half was disappointing. The user asked King Khan to share his thoughts on the same too. And, the user wrote, “@iamsrk -The first half of pathaan was good but the second half disappointed. What are ur thoughts?“

Shah Rukh also reacted to the user and told him, “Koi baat nahi. Apni apni pasand hoti hai. Pehla half see of #Pathaan second half see some other film on OTT this weekend.“

Pathaan box office collection

Meanwhile, in terms of box office collection, the SRK led Pathaan has amassed over 300 crore in the Indian markets and is inching closer to the 400 crore mark. Globally, Pathaan has made a collection of over 700 crore at the box office. And, its so far a smashing hit, breaking all records.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan is produced by Aditya Chopra and stars SRK, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in key roles. The film also features Salman Khan in a cameo appearance and was released in theatres on January 25.
