Shah Rukh Khan always comes up with some interesting and out-of-the-box activities to promote his film, and he has come up with a yet another interesting initiative to launch the trailer of ‘Raees’.

The trailer of the film is all set to release in the coming week and instead of releasing it one city, he will be doing it in nine different locations at the same time. The trailer of the ‘Raees’ will be streamed in 3,500 screens across India. SRK along with his co-star Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be seen interacting with the audience of nine different cities through video conferencing, including Delhi, Indore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai and Moga (Punjab).

A source says, “Its a film which is different from the content that either Excel or SRK are known for. The attempt seems to take this content to a wider range of audience”.

Shahrukh adds, “We wanted to reach out and engage with a pan-India audience, rather than confining it to just a single city. We are really excited to interact with thousands of people across cities, big and small, simultaneously by having a live chat with audiences in cinemas.”

‘Raees’ is directed by National award winning director Rahul Dholakia.
