Shah Rukh Khan, who is popularly known as the ‘King of romance’, has always refrained from filming intimate scenes or kissing on-screen. The actor, however, had broken his rule when he kissed Katrina Kaif in Yash Chopra’s last directorial ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’. Now you may be surprised to know that this was not the first time when Shah Rukh had kissed on-screen. King Khan had a lip-lock scene with Hollywood actor John Barrowman in Karan Johar’s film ‘My Name Is Khan’ that released in 2010.
A photo of SRK locking lips with John Barrowman had surfaced online during the shooting of ‘My Name Is Khan’. Some reports suggest that the kiss was a part of the script. However, the scene was nowhere to be seen in the film’s final edit.

And we wonder why neither Shah Rukh nor KJo ever opened up about this scene?
On the work front, Shah Rukh has not announced any project after ‘Zero’ that released last year. Apparently, he has opted out of ‘Saare Jahaan Se Acha’. There were reports that he will kick off ‘Don 3’ by the end of this year but now, according to our sources, the actor has taken a major decision in his life. Yes, he will be taking a year-long sabbatical from acting and analyse his strategies.
A source close to ‘Dilwale’ actor informed, “After the failure of ‘Zero’, SRK now plans to take a year-long break from movies. He will be producing films in the meanwhile. But he has told his team not to lock any of his dates this entire year for a project. He wants to take a sabbatical and analyse his strategies first.”
