Shah Rukh Khan rents two lavish duplex apartments in Pali Hill for THIS whopping price annually – Report

King Khan of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan has rented two opulent duplex apartments in Mumbai’s prestigious Pali Hill area. As per the report, he has agreed to an annual rent of Rs 2.9 crore, with a combined monthly rent of Rs 24.15 lakh, as per the lease agreements registered on February 14, 2024.

SRK’s new luxurious apartments are located at the Puja Casa building in Khar. Known for its premium properties, Pali Hill is home to several renowned Bollywood figures. With the 36-month lease contract, King Khan is guaranteed a cosy residence in the centre of Mumbai’s upscale neighbourhood.

Remarkably, Bollywood director and actor Jacky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshika Deshmukh are the landlords of the two apartments. Jacky Bhagnani is the direct landlord of one of the flats, and Jacky and Deepshika are the landlords of the other.

Shah Rukh Khan’s work front

On the professional front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Dunki in 2023, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, which has already generated considerable buzz. He will be next in King directed by Sujoy Ghosh, where he will share the screen with his daughter, Suhana Khan, for the first time. King is expected to be released in mid-2026 and the film is scheduled to kickstart in January 2025.
