Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan 7 lakh tickets sold in advance bookings, BEATS Baahubali 2 to become the highest grosser

Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan is inching closer to its release date. The Atlee directorial is making headlines for all the right reasons. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, and Ridhi Dogra are also a part of the upcoming film. Deepika Padukone has a special appearance in the film. The trailer which was released a few days ago gave us a glimpse of the characters and the storyline. Well, one thing for sure, Jawan promises action, drama, and a lot of entertainment.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan advance bookings

The advance booking of Jawan opened in India a few days ago. And, according to Manobala Vijayabalan, Shah Rukh Khan starrer crossed Rs 20 crore with around 7L tickets being sold already.

Given the craze, SRK’s film Jawan now holds the 1^th spot in all-time advance bookings. With these figures, it has broken the record of SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. Prabhas starrer has the record of selling 650k tickets on the opening day.

Coming back to Jawan, fans are excited for the Shah Rukh Khan starrer action-packed movie. So far, the makers treated fans with Jawan Prevue, exciting posters, songs (Zinda Banda, Chaleya, and Not Ramaiya Vastavaiya), and the Jawan trailer. Well, SRK in his different looks has definitely impressed his fans. For the unversed, SRK has gone bald onscreen for the first time. Apart from that, he is romancing Nayanthara for the first time. The trailer gave a glimpse of their chemistry.

On the other hand, Jawan is SRK and Atlee’s first project together. The actor-director’s upcoming film is expected to break box office records once it releases on the 7^th September, 2023. Jawan has been produced by Gauri Khan.
