Once again, Rohit Shetty has decided to remake yet another South superhit film for Hindi audience and once again, the director is in all minds to rope in Shah Rukh Khan for the same. We have already witnessed the effect of the two teaming up for a film through ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Dilwale’, so now let’s gear up for the Hindi version of Tamil film ‘Theri’.
According to the reports, King Khan might reprise the role of IPS Vijayakumar played by Ilayathalapathy Vijay in the Hindi version of ‘Theri.’ Vijayakumar in the film is an honest officer who fights with the evil to save his little daughter. Amy Jackson was the female lead in ‘Theri’ and the film was a super duper hit at the box office. In fact the film was one of the highest grossers which crossed Rs 150 crore mark at the box office.
We hope that SRK does the same and breaks many records at the box office.
As of now, he is busy with his upcoming films like ‘Raees’, Gauri Shinde’s ‘Dear Zindagi’ and one untitled film with Anand L Rai.
