Shah Rukh Khan-Atlee’s film has been in the news since many days and nowadays there has been a lot of buzz surrounding the film. As per a report in a news portal, SRK will start shooting for the yet-untitled project from September and it will be a 10-day shoot for the actor. A source told Mid-Day that Shah Rukh has wrapped up his Pathan portions on home turf and now the team is working on locking the locations for its international schedule. “So, the actor felt it best to turn his attention to Atlee’s film, which would have rolled earlier had it not been for the pandemic,” said the source.
The shoot will reportedly start in Pune and will be officially announced on the day when it goes on floors. The source added, “The subsequent schedules will be conducted in Mumbai, Dubai and a few other locations.”
The film will mark Bigil’s director debut in Bollywood. Earlier reports stated that Atlee was currently busy with the pre-production work for the film. It is also said that SRK will play dual roles in this film. Also, there were reports that the teaser of Atlee-SRK’s film will be released on August 15. The film is said to be made on a whopping budget of Rs 200 crore. As per reports, it also stars Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra and Sunil Grover.
For the unversed, in 2019, Atlee had hinted about his collaboration with Shah Rukh Khan via a Twitter chat. Nothing has been announced officially. We are eagerly waiting for the makers to announce it soon. It will be great to see the King Khan of Bollywood in Atlee’s film.
