Shah Rukh Khan’s wax double to step out in public

Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for his upcoming Maneesh Sharma directorial ‘Fan’. The movie has the ‘Happy New Year’ actor in a double role of a superstar and his lookalike fan. King Khan’s dual avatar will be seen not only in ‘Fan’, but also in London. Confusing? We have information that SRK’s wax statue at Madame Tussauds is going public and will be the star attraction at the London’s Eye.

Shah Rukh Khan had been waxed by the famous house in 2007. He was the third actor after Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to have his statue dressed in a black suit at Madame Tussauds. Now the statue will be brought out to the Giant Ferris Wheel that stands on the South Bank of London’s famous river Thames. Being the tallest at 443 feet, the cantilevered observation wheel offers a bird’s eye view of London.

Sources said, “It is the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kingdom and draws over 3.75 visitors every year. This year, many locals and visitors will get a chance to get up, close and get clicked with the Badshah. He’s all set to go in for a wardrobe change and will be wearing the clothes of a character from one of his upcoming films.”

Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Fan’ will be releasing on April 15. His next ‘Raees’ too has been wrapped up and is an Eid release.
