Shahid Kapoor and Mira Kapoor’s plans for baby Misha’s first birthday revealed!

Shahid Kapoor and Mira’s baby girl Misha will turn a year old in August and we are sure everyone is pretty excited to know about the lavish birthday plans for the little princess. Contrary to popular belief that celebs only host grand parties, here comes a couple who plans to keep it simple and minimal. Shahid and Mira do not intend to host a big party, but instead want to go the old-school way.

Mommy Mira opened up on baby Misha’s birthday plans. Speaking with a popular daily, she said, “I think we are going to go on a picnic. I think we are going to be travelling at that time with family. We just want a small little picnic in the park with my sister’s kids and my parents and Shahid’s parents and something that we remember.” (Also Read: Karan Johar: Can’t wait for my daughter Roohi to become best friends with Misha)

She further explained as to why she doesn’t want to keep it grand and lavish by saying, “I think birthday parties at such a young age, the child itself doesn’t know what’s happening and it gets very boring. I don’t want to put her through that and neither does Shahid. And, I think it’s a memory that all of us are going to enjoy. We are not going to be worried if she’s okay or if she’s getting scared. We want to celebrate her birth and keep it simple.”

That’s quite thoughtful.
