Shahid Kapoor BLASTS reporter for asking about kissing scene with Kiara Advani

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor is close to spending two decades in the industry and he goes about his business in a very professional way. Sometimes, you get the feeling that Shahid doesn’t get his due for the work that he has done. Now, Shahid was present at the trailer launch of ‘Kabir Singh’ with Kiara Advani and the rest of the team. ‘Kabir Singh’ is the official remake of Telugu superhit ‘Arjun Reddy’.

Shahid Kapoor generally is a very cool and calm guy. But, when the reporter asked him about the kissing scenes with Kiara Advani, Shahid was visibly quite miffed. Shahid hit back at the reporter and said, “You don’t have a girlfriend for a long time, do you?” The ‘Padmaavat’ actor, in fact, asked the reporter to ask appropriate questions and not make a mockery of himself.

Kiara Advani was also quite effusive of Shahid and called him a brilliant co-star. For the record, there are quite a few kissing scenes between Shahid and Kiara in the film. But frankly, that should not be anyone’s business. If the script demands intimate scenes, then actors have to respect it and get on with the job.

‘Kabir Singh’ is being directed by Sandeep Vanga and will be releasing on June 21, 2019.
