The country is witnessing rise in Covid and Omicron cases yet again. Many states have already imposed curfew and started to shut down public gatherings such as theatres, spas, gyms, etc. So, in that case, makers have taken a sensible decision to delay the release date of Jersey.
For the unversed, Jersey is the remake of 2019 Telugu film of the same title which starred Nani in the lead role. It was directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri who has also directed the Hindi version.
In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Shahid opened up on the comparisons with Nani.
