Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are one of the hottest couples in Bollywood. They have been married for seven years now are dotting parents to their son Zain and daughter Misha. In a recent interview, Shahid revealed now that he is a family man he has to take permission from wife Mira to spend money. While he has to ask for a lot of things there was still one exception.
Shahid told The Curry Tales about his money saving habits and revealed whether he goes all out when spending, the Jersey actor said, “Pehle all out ho jata tha main magar ab nahi (previously, I used to spend all my money but not now). I am a family man now, mere bachhe hain, biwi hai (I have a wife and kids). Permission leni padti hai, sochna padta hai (I have to take permission and think about it before spending money).”
But Shahid had gone for a boys roadtrip earlier with his friends for which he revealed he did not ask wife Mira, “I didn’t take her permission for my boys trip though, that’s my right. I think every guy deserves a boys’ trip once in a while.”
The actor was further asked about the delicacies that his wife Mira cooks for him, the Kabir Singh actor was all praise for his lady love, he said, “She makes Thai food really well. She makes continental food really well. She’s very good with sandwiches, excellent with salads. But in these 7 years of marriage, I have probably eaten 2 of each.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shahid recently started in the movie Jersey which released in theatres on April 22. The movie also stars Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur in lead roles.
