Shahid Kapoor REVEALS why wife Mira Rajput needed personal security

A celebrity’s life is not easy and it comes with a lot of prices. Their lives are scrutinised every moment, everything they do is in the public eye. They have their fans’ love but sometimes, it might become a troll. The birthday boy Shahid Kapoor talked about the dangers of fame in one of his interviews with Film Companion. Shahid Kapoor and Mira are parents of two kids, Misha and Zain. Shahid has always complimented his wife Mira Rajput Kapoor for being super-supportive of him and how effortlessly she has accepted all the good and bad sides of his profession.

A few years ago, Mira had been trolled for having her own bodyguards. People thought it was weird since she herself is not a celebrity. Shahid Kapoor sat down in a conversation with Film Companion and addressed all the people who were shaming his wife.

Shahid narrated a shocking incident which is the reason why his wife doesn’t step-out without security personals. He had said, “It was very normal with Mira, and I am sure there were things that came along stardom that were difficult for her. For the first few times, I used to tell her that she should take security personnel with her. And she was like why, and after good five or six times, she was said Shahid, people are randomly walking up to me and touching me. Then I said now, you know why.” He further added in his conversation, “When she took the security person with her, the next day the headline was ”Why Mira needs security personnel? She is no star?” But that comes with the profession I am in, and it’s a professional hazard. Our biggest concern is Misha since we want to give her a normal life. I will always be worried about if who I am burdened her.”
