Shahid Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter are doting sons to mother Neliima Azeem. The two brothers don’t shy away from expressing their love for the woman who raised them as a single mother. On the auspicious occasion of her birthday, Shahid and Ishaan took to social media to wish Neliima Azeem.

Shahid shared an adorable childhood photo of him with mother Neliima. In the picture, an infant Shahid is seen gawking at the camera with his innocent eyes. And at the side, his mother is seen feeling proud and adoring him with her eyes. Neliima looks so beautiful in her pigtail look, and her beauty is as striking as ever. Along with the picture, Shahid wrote, “Happy birthday mommy. No one can love like you.”

Ishaan’s heartfelt note for mom

Not just Shahid, even his brother Ishaan expressed his love for their mother. The young actor shared a couple of pictures of him, Shahid and Neliima. In one of the pictures, both brothers are kissing their mom adorably. Along with the sweet pics, Ishaan said, “Happy birthday mom… May the twinkle in your eye remain grow brighter as you enter a more joyous stage of your life! You are my voice of reason and my beacon of strength. Love you.”

Both Shahid and Ishaan are super close to their mother. Growing up, Neliima raised the brothers as a single mother. For a long time, they have been taking care of each other.

On the work front, Shahid is gearing up for the release of his unique love story with Kriti Sanon next year. He also has Devaa, which will release next year. Ishaan, on the other hand, had the release of Pippa last month. He has a Hollywood project, The Perfect Couple, with Nicole Kidman up next.
