Shahid Kapoor starrer Bloody Daddy trailer OUT NOW
Starring Shahid in the lead, Bloody Daddy also features Diana Penty, Ronit Roy, Sanjay Kapoor and Rajeev Khandelwal. The film has been shot on a large-scale and will have its premiere direct-to-OTT. The trailer depicts that the film is a story of one night. Shahid seems to be a man indulged in illegal activities who accidentally gets a hold of the stuff of a powerful man, played by Ronit Roy. To get his stuff back, Ronit’s character takes something important away of Shahid and asks to make a barter deal. What follows is a lot of violence, blood, deception and some intense action.
Shahid truly shines in this action avatar. The intensity that he possesses seems perfect for this part. He looks so suave while doing all the stunts and fight sequences. There is a rage in his eyes that just makes his portrayal all the more appealing. Ronit looks menacing as the scary antagonist and Sanjay as well seems suited for his part, as he brings some humour. Diana’s role isn’t as clear yet from the trailer but she seems to have some action to her credit as well.
Bloody Daddy releases on June 9
Produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Bloody Daddy was announced to have a direct digital premiere during the slate announcement of Jio Studios. The film will release on June 9 on Jio Studios. The film’s first poster created a lot of intrigue and the trailer has just taken that several notches up. As for Shahid, the actor made his OTT debut this year with Farzi. Now, apart from Bloody Daddy, he also has a romantic film with Kriti Sanon in his kitty.
