Shahid Kapoor’s mother embroiled in cheating case

Producer Rajesh Vyas is miffed with Neelima Azeem , Shahid Kapoor’s mother  as she failed to deliver on her promise of roping in Priyanka Chopra and Emraaan Hashmi for a movie that was to be written,directed , choreographed by her for a total fee of Rs 66 lakhs. After being unable to cast Priyanka and Emraan she promised to rope in her son Shahid Kapoor,but here too she failed, Rajesh has filed a criminal complaint against her in the Andheri court.

As per sources ,when contacted Neelima Declined all charges.She said there had been no communication between them, she had been trying to get in touch with Vyas who had disappeared for four years ,and the court case had come as a rude shock to her.”I did sign a contract but there was no mention that I would work only after getting Priyanka and Emraan on board. For Vyas’ sake, I approached both the stars, but neither of them was interested in the film,The budget for the film is Rs 8 crore. My son is a superstar. How dare they think he will do such a low-budget film?”

Vyas’ lawyer Neeraj Gupta said: “We sent a number of notices to Neelima but she never responded to any. I have all the agreement copies. Let her produce the evidence she has in court. The next hearing is scheduled for June 12, 2013”.

We hope the issue is solved in a peaceful manner for Sasha’a sake.
