Shahid Kapoor goes sleepless as his daughter Misha falls sick

Bollywood superstar Shahid Kapoor and his lovely wife Mira Rajput have been blessed with a baby boy, whom they have named Zain Kapoor. The Kapoors and the Rajputs are happy with the little addition to their family.  Shahid, as a responsible father and husband, was to be on a paternity break to spend some time with his family. But little did the ‘Padmaavat’ star knowthat along with a good news, there will also be a matter of concern for him.

Yes, Shahid Kapoor’s little princess Misha Kapoor, who was not keeping well since past few days, was down with high temperature. The concerned father immediately called off the promotions of his upcoming film ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ to be there with his daughter.

As per a report in TOI, Misha is down with high temperature since the last few days. Although it’s nothing serious, but Shahid being the doting dad, is having sleepless nights ever since Misha has fallen sick. The other days he stayed up for 32-35 hours straight to be by Misha’s side.

Shahid and Mira are hands on parents and have been juggling their parental duties so that both their children are in good health. In an recent interview Mira had revealed the best gift she had given her children and that is breastfeeding them to a certain age. In this manner the young mother has been doing her best in promoting the best and healthy way to bring up a child.

Shahid’s mother Neelima is also all praise for her son and daughter-in-law for taking care that Misha does not feel neglected with her brother’s coming. She said, “It is definitely a sweet and exciting part in her life. Now, she has got a brother and a companion. Misha is basically a very soft and tender child. She is full of energy and fun, there is a lot of sweetness in her. Even when she goes to the beach, she will play with the puppies and babies there.. she is like that with everyone and now it is her own brother. But, of course, it is a little emotional adjustment for all the children so that will happen. But I think her parents are handling that very beautifully. They are balancing the act nicely. All the credit goes to Mira and Shahid“.

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will next be seen in Shree Narayan Singh’s ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’, the movie also features Shraddha Kapoor, Divyendu Sharma and Yami Gautam in pivotal role. It will hit the theaters on September 21, 2018.
