Shah Rukh Khan gets Virat Kohli to admit the truth

The Indian Premier League 2014, did not have an elaborate opening this year but instead held a gala dinner in the Emirates Palace Hotel. The venue had cricketers with the Bollywood stars like Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and many other guests. The two stars went onto entertain the guests with popular numbers from their movies and later Khan had a fun time with the cricketers onstage.

Shah Rukh Khan is a man of many talents, but last night (April 15) in Abu Dhabi it has been revealed that SRK is also a “match-fixer”. Shah Rukh Khan conducted a mock ‘Swayamvar’ for the much-in-demand Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli.

Kohli was in a spot and was asked to choose his potential bride. SRK advocated for all eight contenders but guess who Kohli picked – his rumoured girlfriend and actress Anushka Sharma.

Shah Rukh Khan along with his lovely co-star Deepika Padukone rocked the opening night with spectacular performances.  Deepika shimmered on stage as she transformed and changed from one costume to the other leaving the audiences in awe.The Bollywood duo went on to bring out their dance moves to enthrall the other guests. In characteristic fashion, Khan proceeded to banter with certain cricketers.

There is no match to SRK’s one-liners, charm and wit – and this gala dinner stands testimony.
