Shah Rukh Khan – Salman Khan to clash on ‘Eid’ once again

Bollywood movies that are released on festivals usually go on to be a huge hit. But ‘Eid’ is considered the most lucky. ‘Eid’ that was Salman Khan’s stronghold was a boon for Shah Rukh Khan last year as he delivered a big hit ‘Chennai Express’ that was released on ‘Eid’ and now  SRK is once again all set to claim Eid weekend in 2015 once again, with his next ‘Raees’ that is to be directed by Rahul Dholakia.

According to sources, ‘Eid’ weekend is an opportune time for movies to release. It’s much better when no other big film has been announced to release around that time therefore Salman Khan who has already set  the release of his next Kick to be released this Eid might choose the Eid weekend in 2015 too for his next movie that is to be directed by Kabir Khan; but nothing is  confirmed as yet.

Sources further added that Shahrukh Khan, Farhan Akhtar and Sonam Kapoor starrer ‘Raees’ which is all set to go on floors this year will be released by ‘Eid’ and this news was confirmed by Ritesh Sidhwani, “Yes, that’s what (Eid release) we are working towards.”

Shahrukh’s  movie will  be releasing on ‘Eid’ then Salman Khan’s next with Sooraj Barjatya will be releasing on Diwali the same year. Now Diwali is SRK’s domain and he has delivered a number of hits on the festive occasion and even his ‘Happy New Year’ is all set to release this Diwali.
