Shahrukh Khan To Face Probe For Gender Determination Of Surrogate Child

Shahrukh Khan to be a proud father of a boy once again, has not gone down well with the Radiologist Association. They have asked the state department to inquire into this matter of how did Shahrukh Khan And Gauri Khan who are having a child through surrogacy know the gender of the child.

DR Jignesh Thakker coordinator for the Pre-Conception, Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PCPNDT) Act, IRIA said, “We have written to the state health department to find out how the actor came to know about the unborn child’s Gender when gender determination is illegal in India,If news reports are true then it is a clear that the celebrities can get away with breaking the law.”

Due to the high difference in gender ratio Radiologist in India are being kept an eye on for allegedly conducting illegal gender determination.“Though filling of form F [mandatory while conducting a ultrasound] has nothing to do with gender determination, radiologists are caught for it under the act,” said Dr Sanjeev Mani, senior radiologist, Holy Family Hospital, Bandra.

Well we don’t think that Shahrukh has broken any law, let the truth be revealed.
