Why did Sonam Kapoor thank Shah Rukh Khan?

Sonam Kapoor is on cloud nine after the super success of her latest release ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’. The diva is at present busy wrapping up her upcoming film Neerja that is based on the life of Neerja Bhanot, a braveheart who sacrificed her life to protect her passengers. The trailer of the film will be revealed with Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film ‘Dilwale’.

Sonam tweeted her thanks to team ‘Dilwale’ and Shah Rukh Khan in particular for the gesture. She tweeted,

Sonam Kapoor’s film is a biopic based on the life of an air hostess Neerja Bhanot who gave up her life trying to save the lives of hijacked passengers on Pan Am flight in Karachi in 1986.

Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol starrer ‘Dilwale’ is all set to release on December 18. The movie also stars Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in pivotal roles.
