Shamshera Trailer: Ranbir Kapoor as dacoit fights against Sanjay Dutt to fulfill his father’s legacy – WATCH

Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt starrer Shamshera is one of the most anticipated films of this year. The trailer of Shamshera is now out and it looks promising. Sanjay is playing a villain and Ranbir Kapoor will be seen fighting against him to fulfill his father’s legacy. The trailer also gives a glimpse of Vaani Kapoor who will be seen as a dancer. The trailer has left fans beyond excited for the film’s release. Shamshera also stars Ronit Bose Roy and Saurabh Shukla.

The trailer shows Ranbir Kapoor as a dacoit fighting against ruthless cop Sanjay Dutt. The fight sequence between Ranbir and Sanjay will give you goosebumps and leave you impatient for the film’s release. Ranbir’s appearance in a double role will excite you.

Shamshera is directed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Aditya Chopra. The film is slated to release on 22^nd July.

Earlier, Sanjay opened up about being pitted against Ranbir Kapoor in Shamshera. Ranbir played Sanjay in his biopic ‘Sanju’. Keeping that in mind, Sanjay said that it will be interesting for the audience to watch them onscreen as it will be ‘Sanju Vs Sanju.’

The actor said, “It is also quite interesting that I’m pitted against Ranbir, who played me in Sanju. So, the on-screen enmity between him and me becomes all the more interesting for people. Ranbir is a brilliant actor but this film sees him in a new gaze. His boyish charm in inimitable, but in this film, he is a man who finds his footing and looks glorious on screen.”
