Shehnaaz Gill had blocked Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan co-star Salman Khan’s number; what happened next will shock you

Actors Salman Khan and Shehnaaz Gill share a very heartwarming bond ever since they two were in Bigg Boss 13. But amidst all the admiration and mutual respect, Shehnaaz would have missed out on starring in Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, let alone making her Bollywood debut. In the latest episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, Shehnaaz Gill recalled the hilarious moment when Salman Khan was immediately blocked after he offered her the film.

Well, it was a simple case of misunderstanding. Explaining the scenario, the ex-Bigg Boss contestant revealed that she was suspicious when an unknown number called her for the offer. However, she then ensured to verify Salman’s number and later, got a chance to be in the movie.

Shehnaaz Gill recalls the moment of blocking Salman Khan…

She says, “I was in Amritsar visiting the Gurdwara when I received a call from an unknown number. And I have this habit of blocking unknown numbers, so I did the same. Then after a few minutes, I got a message that Salman sir is trying to call me,” Shehnaaz said.

The Honsla Rakh actor further added, “Just to verify, I put the number on the Truecaller app and found out that it was actually Salman Khan calling. I immediately unblocked him and called him back; it was then that he offered me the film and that’s how I got the film.”

Almost the entire crew including, Pooja Hegde, Palak Tiwari, Raghav Juyal, Jassie Gill, Vinali Bhatnagar, Siddharth Nigam, Sukhbir, Salman, and Shehnaaz visited The Kapil Sharma Show for the promotion of their upcoming movie.

Directed by Farhad Samji, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will be released on 21 April 2023 in cinemas.
