Shehnaaz Gill CONFIRMS being a part of Rhea Kapoor’s next

Shehnaaz Gill, who will be seen in Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, has confirmed being a part of Sonam Kapoor’s sister, producer Rhea Kapoor’s next film.

Last year, there were reports of Shehnaaz Gill being a part of Rhea Kapoor’s next. The producer’s husband Karan Boolani will be reportedly directing the said project. It was also said that Rhea’s upcoming project will star Anil Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles.

TOI quoted a source saying, “Like Rhea’s previous film Veere Di Wedding, her upcoming movie is also a women-oriented subject. Shehnaaz is the latest to join the cast of the film, which is slated to go on floors by the end of this month. This film will see Shehnaaz in a different avatar.”

Shehnaaz has now confirmed being a part of the project. Shehnaaz Gill, who is gearing up for the release of her Bollywood debut with Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, has confirmed doing the upcoming film of Rhea Kapoor. Speaking with Pinkvilla, Shehnaaz recently said, “I have a lot of films in the pipeline. I have worked in Rhea Kapoor’s film. Whenever it releases, we will talk about it then. I have done a good job in that film too. I have tried my best.”

Shehnaaz chose not to reveal any details about her character in Rhea Kapoor’s upcoming film.

Talking about her latest project, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Shehnaaz plays Raghav Juyal’s love interest. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan also stars Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Jassie Gill, Venkatesh Daggubati, and Siddharth Nigam. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is slated to release on 21^st April 2023.

Post Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan release, Shehnaaz’s fans will get to see her in Sajid Khan’s next directorial titled 100%. In August last year, Shehnaaz shared a movie announcement video on her Instagram with the caption, “A roller coaster comedy packed with action, music and spies! We guarantee you a #100Percent entertainer!!” The film will be released during Diwali 2023.
