Shekhar Suman who has been pressing for a CBI inquiry into Sushant Singh Rajputs’ death has slammed the film fraternity for remaining silent. He has expressed his anger through his tweet and questioned why these people are silent. He also urged everyone to raise their voice and not to be scared.
Shekhar’s tweet read: “Film parivar ke log chup hai maun hain, Ye jo nishabd baithe hain ye sab kaun hain, Sirf isliye ki jo chala gaya wo aapka saga nahin tha, Aapka apna bhai ya beta nahin tha, Sushant ke liye aage badhein aawaz uthayein, Yun dar ke na baithein usey nyay dilayein#justiceforSushantforum.”

On the one-month death anniversary of Sushant’s death, Shekhar lighted a diya and tweeted, “Sushant you brightened our lives like a divine flame and will continue to do so forever!The world will never forget you.you will inspire millions of “outsiders”who dared to dream(sic)”.

Post Sushant’s death, Shekhar had launched a ‘justice for Sushant forum’ online seeking for CBI inquiry.
Meanwhile, BJP MP Subramanian Swamy has written a letter to PM Narendra Modi requesting for a CBI inquiry into Sushant’s suicide case.
