Sherni Trailer: Vidya Balan as forest officer tries to find a balance in a world of man-animal conflict

Sherni trailer starring Vidya Balan is dropped today. Amazon Prime Video shared the trailer on its social media. Vidya too shared it with the caption, “Be courageous. Be strong. Be fearless. It’s time for the #Sherni to roar!”. We have always seen Vidya serving something out-of-the-box with her acting chops every time she appears on the screen. And this time too, she has something unique to offer her audiences.

Vidya plays the role of an IFS (Indian Forest Service) officer who wants to set things right and set balance in the world of man-animal conflict. Sherni is about the tiger menace in a jungle of a village and Vidya dealing with the situation amidst all the male officers. Will she find her way in this hostile environment? That forms the crux of the story and for that, we will have to wait for June 18. Yes, Sherni is all set to stream on Amazon Prime Video on June 18.
