Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s #EkLadkiKoDekhaTohAisaLaga story is what fairy tales are made of

Sonam Kapoor’s upcoming film ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ is special for many reasons. Firstly, this is the first time that Sonam will be sharing screen space with her father Anil Kapoor. Secondly, ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ is perhaps the first commercial film that will openly talk about a same-sex love story. Apparently, Sonam will be playing a lesbian character in the film.

Helmed by debutant director Shelly Chopra Dhar, ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ is all set to hit the silver screens on February 1. Now that just a few days are left for the film’s release, its makers have come up with a very beautiful way of promoting it on social media. Yes, the film’s lead cast has urged their industry friends to share their stories and how they met their soulmates by using the #EkLadkiKoDekhaTohAisaLaga story.

We saw Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Riteish Deshmukh and Arjun Kapoor sharing their stories. Another star couple who have shared their love story is none other than the stunning Shilpa Shetty and her handsome husband Raj Kundra. Taking to his Instagram handle, Raj shared a very beautiful picture with wifey Shilpa and wrote how he had asked for her heart but she gave him her soul.

Interestingly, Raj and Shilpa have further nominated Rohit Reddy and Karan Singh Grover to share their special stories with their better halves.

‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ is all about setting love free and letting love be. The film also stars Rajkummar Rao, Juhi Chawla and Regina Cassandra in pivotal roles.
