Shilpa Shetty shakes a leg with Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur on Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai, watch video

Actor Shahid Kapoor and his Jersey co-star Mrunal Thakur are currently leaving no stone unturned to promote their much-awaited sports drama. Shahid and Mrunal recently appeared on the sets of India’s Got Talent to promote their movie. It seemed both had a great time on the reality show. Shilpa has shared a video on her Instagram handle where she could be seen grooving with Shahid and Mrunal. The diva shook a leg with both the actors on Shahid’s popular dance number Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai from his 2013 film Phata Poster Nikhla Hero.

Sharing the video, Shilpa captioned it, “Khali peeli khali peeli rokne ka nahin, #Jersey theatre mein dekhna bhulne ka nahin!”. Shilpa was in a red off-shoulder dress, Shahid in white while Mrunal was in a black outfit.

Talking about Jersey, it is the Hindi remake of the 2019 Telugu movie of the same name. It starred Nani and Shraddha Srinath in lead roles. It’s about a failed cricketer Arjun (Shahid), who makes a comeback in cricket in his late thirties and play for India to fulfil his son’s wish.

Jersey was earlier slated to release in December 2021 but due to the rise in Covid-19 cases and Omicron, the movie got delayed. The movie is now all set to hit the screens on April 14 on the Baisakhi weekend. Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, it is presented by Allu Aravind. Dil Raju, S Naga Vamsi and Aman Gill have backed the movie.
