Shilpa Shetty gives fitspiration as she works out with a broken foot, says ‘Keep moving, No matter what’

Shilpa Shetty suffered a leg injury during the shooting of her next project. The actress was clicked leaving the hospital on a wheel chair, with her broken foot. On Monday, Shetty took to her Instagram to share a motivational video. Shilpa Shetty shared an inspiring video of her working out at the gym with her broken foot on her Instagram. With the video, she even dropped a motivation message too.

The video shows the Nikamma actress is seated on her wheel chair. Shilpa is wearing comfortable pants and a blue t-shirt in the video. In the video, Shetty can be seen lifting weights. While being seated on the wheelchair, Shilpa is performing dumbell overhead press. She performs some upper-body workout exercises. And, with that, Shetty gives her fans fitspiration to workout and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Sharing the video, Shilpa said, ““Keep moving. No matter what.”” She further added that it is the policy she is living by in her life. The actress mentioned it is the policy she is living by, in the past couple of weeks.

In her caption, the actress wrote, “That’s the policy I’m living by, especially these past couple of weeks. Putting the time I have to good use, while my leg’s going to need time to make a full recovery, decided to ensure I follow a routine that works on strengthening the upper-body. Today, the routine included Dumbbell Overhead Press for the shoulders & triceps, Half-Range Hammer Curls for the arms & forearms, and Lateral Raises for the shoulders. However, I performed these under the expert supervision of @yashmeenchauhan. If you’re also recovering from an injury, then you must do these under supervision of a qualified and experienced coach, unless you are an experienced exerciser yourself. Happy Monday, guys.”

Meanwhile, Shilpa will celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi at her home, like every year. The actress welcomed home Lord Ganesha, only recently. Her husband, Raj Kundra was clicked bringing Lord Ganesha home.

On the work front, the actress was last seen in Nikamma. She has a web series with Rohit Shetty in her kitty.
