Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra is grabbing attention ever since his arrest in 2021. As per latest reports, his 63 days tenure in the jail will be converted to a movie. While the work on the film is still in pre-production stage, Shilpa’s close friend filmmaker Farah Khan and Munawar Faruqui are dropping several hints on their social media handle. Looking at their latest reel, we re speculating if Raj Kundra will star in his own biopic.

Farah Khan drops hint about Raj Kundra starring in his own biopic

In the recent video, Farah and Munawar are seen discussing the cast for Raj’s biopic. While Farah states that no one is ready to do star in biopic, Munawar introduced a masked man whom they addressed as Raj. Munawar further says that he is the right choice to cast. Hearing this, Farah Khan gets up and walks. Well, this leaves us wondering is Raj will star in his own biopic.

Few days back, Farah and Munawar shared a video. They are seen wondering about making a film and gets idea to curate Raj Kundra’s biopic. The reports about biopic are doing rounds since a few months. A source close to the development confirmed the biopic. The source cited to a news portal, “The film will present an account of all that Raj Kundra experienced through his tenure in one of most over-crowded Jail – Arthur Road Jail. The director’s name has been kept under wraps for now, but Raj Kundra will be creatively involved in all aspects – from production to script”.

About Raj Kundra’s arrest

Kundra was arrested in July 2021 in connection to the alleged creation and uploading of pornographic films on mobile applications. In December 2022, Kundra was given bail by the Supreme Court. Ever since his bail, Raj Kundra has not showed his face to media. He always appears wearing mask whenever he steps out.

While we wait for details about the cast of the film, we wonder if Shilpa Shetty will also play a pivotal role.
