Shooting of Emraan Hashmi-starrer ‘Captain Nawab’ kickstarts today

It was last year when actor Emraan Hashmi had announced that he is all set to don the producer’s hat with his first venture ‘Captain Nawab’. The film was to be directed by ‘Azhar’ fame filmmaker Tony D’Souza and it took the internet by storm after the release of its first look. Perhaps there were some reasons best known to the makers that the film faced a slight delay. But, finally there’s a good news for all the fans and admirers of the actor out there. Emraan has taken to his Twitter handle to share a picture from the sets of the film, therefore making an announcement that he and the team are starting the film’s shoot from today.

Emraan has shared the image of the clapboard from the sets captioning it, “And it begins!! .. #CaptainNawabShootbegins.” With ‘Captain Nawab’, the actor will be stepping into the shoes of an army officer for the very first time on big screen. As we have mentioned earlier, this project marks the debut of Emraan as a producer along with his wife Parveen Hashmi under his banner Emraan Hashmi Films. (Also Read: Emraan’s wife considers him unlucky and the reason will shock you!)
