Shraddha Kapoor on not working with the Khans

During the recent conversation, Shraddha was asked why, despite starring in several hits, she hasn’t worked with the likes of Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. Opening up about the same, the Stree 2 actress shared that even though she was offered films with the Khans she could not get on board for several reasons. She said, “Many times you are offered a film, but if you feel the character isn’t exciting enough or the role doesn’t challenge the artiste in you then you let go off that role.”

Shraddha continued, “I’m very clear about the kind of work that I choose. I want to be part of good films, engaging films with good stories, work with good directors, and do good work. If the by-product of all of this is the opportunity to work with good actors or huge stars, I’m happy to say yes to it.”

On the work front, Shraddha Kapoor latest big screen outing is the Amar Kaushik directed Stree 2. Also starring Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana, Abhishek Banerjee and Pankaj Tripathi, the film released in theatres on August 15. The film also features surprise cameos from Varun Dhawan and Akshay Kumar.
