Shraddha Kapoor is open to do a web-series but she has a condition!

In the last few months, we have seen many Bollywood celebrities venturing into the digital space and also succeeding in their decision to do so. Be it Saif Ali Khan, Radhika Apte, Bhumi Pednekar or for that matter even Emraan Hashmi, these actors feel that ‘content is the king’ and hence have taken up to OTT platforms.

The latest celebrity who wishes to join the bandwagon is actress Shraddha Kapoor. In a recent interview with DNA, the ‘Ok Jaanu’ actress expressed that she is open to exploring the web, but her desire to do so comes with a condition. Kapoor said, “I was offered a web series, too, but it didn’t work out. We had begun talks but after a point, there wasn’t any discussion.”

However, the actress is still keen on taking up a web series. She added, “Of course, I’d love to do something in the digital space, but it has to be a solid script. Today, content is the king and so many new avenues have opened up. If I’m offered something great, I would happily do it. But currently, I’m busy with films.”

On the work front, Shraddha will be seen in horror-comedy ‘Stree’ opposite versatile actor Rajkummar Rao. Directed by Amar Kaushik and backed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. and Dinesh Vijan under the banner of Maddock Films, the film will hit the cinemas on August 31, 2018.
