Shraddha’s film ‘Haseena Parkar’ gets a new release date

Shraddha Kapoor’s upcoming film ‘Haseena Parkar’ is one of the most anticipated films of this year. Especially after witnessing the smacking trailer of the film, there is too much of a buzz around the same. Shraddha has left everyone speechless with her ferocious act of Aapa aka Haseena Parkar. The film was supposed to release on August 18, but the makers decided to postpone the date as they were not getting the requisite number of screens for the film.

Now, the latest update on this states that ‘Haseena Parkar’ is all set to release on September 22. The director of the film, Apoorva Lakhia, has been quoted saying, “As a director, it is very important for me to ensure that the film reaches out to the maximum audience as it takes a lot of patience and perseverance to make a film on a subject like this. Ankur Bhatia, who essays the role of Haseena Parkar’s husband in this film, took to his Twitter handle to make the announcement. He tweeted, “#HaseenaParkar Releasing on the 22nd September @ShraddhaKapoor @SiddhanthKapoor @ApoorvaLakhia @haseenamovie.” [sic]

With this, now we will witness a clash at the box office on September 22. Sanjay Dutt’s comeback film ‘Bhoomi’ helmed by Omung Kumar is slated to release on the same day. We will see Aditi Rao Hydari playing his daughter in this film. The year 2017 has not been really great for Bollywood films at the box office, so let’s see which film manages to mint in this clash.
