Shriya Saran reveals the interesting name of her nine month old daughter; it has an Indian connect

Actor Shriya Saran made an announcement on her social media handles and informed the world about the birth of her daughter. Shriya Saran and her husband, Andrei Koscheev welcomed their first child, last year. The actress revealed this in a video post made on Instagram. She even shared a glimpse of her little one and gave a sneak-peek of the moments during her pregnancy. Shriya Saran now revealed the age of her daughter and the name. Shriya Saran also shared what Andrei felt about the name of their daughter and spoke about his reaction.

Speaking with ETimes, the RRR actress shared that she has named her daughter Radha. Shriya Saran revealed that her Russian husband loves the name of their little one. She revealed that her baby is nine-months-old and is a well-travelled baby already. Shriya shared that Radha was born in Barcelona and she had a normal delivery.

Talking about the little one, Shriya said, “My baby is 9-months-old and I don’t think that I could’ve hidden her any longer. She’s already a well-travelled baby who has been to quite a few parts around the globe. I feel so happy; it’s like a child has given birth to a mother. Radha is my best friend.”

When questioned about her daughter’s name, she further shared, “We have named her Radha. My husband Andrei loves the name“. Saran continued, “Radha was born in Barcelona. It’s a planned baby. The world had come to an abrupt halt and we thought it was the best time to start a family.”

On the work front, Shriya has been back in Mumbai since one-and-half-months now. The actress has started work on a film titled A Musical School with Sharman Joshi. She has SS Rajamouli’s RRR too, starring Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn in key roles.
