Shruti Modi’s lawyer claims Imtiaz Khatri supplied drugs to Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is currently investigating the drug conspiracy in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Sushant’s former manager Shruti Modi’s lawyer Ashok Sarogi has made some shocking revelations in the case. Sarogi had said that a top-notch drug supplier named Imtiaz Khatri used to supply the drugs to Rhea and Sushant.

According to a report in Zee News, Shruti Modi’s lawyer Ashok Sarogi has claimed that Imtiaz Khatri, son of an influential builder, is behind the alleged drug conspiracy. Reportedly Khatri is well known among the political as well as Bollywood circles. Sarogi even alleged that Khatri has connections with some of the most powerful peoples and he is one of the top suppliers of drugs. Khatri allegedly hangs out with B-town celebs and is even seen attending their parties.

Shruti’s lawyer went on to even claim that Sushant’s driver-cum-bodyguard Sohail and cook Ashok used to buy the drugs which were sourced from Nagpur and Nashik and the police were aware of this.

Based on the findings of ED, NCB had started their own investigation in Sushant’s death case. Rhea’s deleted chats with Shruti Modi, Gaurav Arya and others had indicated that they all indulged in banned drugs. Following which, NCB had filed a case under sections 20, 22, 27 and 29 of the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act. They had booked Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, Jaya Saha, Shruti Modi and Gaurav Arya for their alleged dealings in banned drugs. Later they also registered a criminal case against Rhea.

However, Rhea has firmly maintained that she never took any drugs.

A drug peddler in NCB custody has even allegedly confessed to having links with Rhea’s brother Showik. Looks like the ‘drug conspiracy’ angle is going to reveal some more shocking details related to this case.
