‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ poster: Ayushmann and Bhumi’s cute chemistry is endearing

The makers of ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ have released a new poster of the movie. In the poster, we see the two lead actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar sitting amidst the backdrop of the beautiful Taj Mahal. Ayushmann rests on the laps of Bhumi while she places her hand on him and has a straight face. We also see a cute bear with them, relaxing on Ayushmann. The background of Taj Mahal lends the poster a grand feel while the blue skies provide a colorful and refreshing backdrop.

Ayushmann shared the picture with the caption, “सुगंधा aaj toh sone? do, #ShubhMangalSaavdhan Official Trailer कल aa raha hai. ?@psbhumi @cypplOfficial @ErosNow @aanandlrai @krishikalulla”

So the trailer will be out tomorrow. Looking at their fun chemistry, we are sure the trailer is going to be equally fun. Talking about the movie, Ayushmann had earlier said, “Let’s not call it a remake. It is the rebirth of the same story but the milieu and humour is different. It’s amended to suit Bollywood. Moreover, I am glad to feature alongside Bhumi. Bhumi added, “There is no fun in doing a run-of-the-mill love story. If films have the ability to change orthodox mindsets, they why not encourage them. This is wacky. We play a couple who are deeply in love but there is a twist in the tale. Sex is still a taboo here but it’s changing. After all, this is the land of Kamasutra.”

‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ is directed by RS Prasanna and produced by Aanand L Rai. The movie will be releasing on September 1, 2017.
