Would do ‘Shuddhi’ even if Hrithik Roshan is not in it – Deepika Padukone

The gorgeous tall actress Deepika Padukone who was recently in news for replacing Kareena Kapoor in ‘Shudhhi’, has denied the reports that she was approached for the role. But admitted that would love to do it if offered.

 

As per sources, Deepu said, “I haven’t been approached for the film yet. I don’t know if they (makers) know what is happening with the film. At the point when Hrithik Roshan was doing it I would have definitely be interested in doing it. Now that he is not doing it, I don’t know what is happening with the project.”

When asked if she would do the role if approached, Deepika replied in the affirmative. “Yes I would do it, why not?… If Karan thinks I would do justice to it then I will do it. Though Hrithik is not doing the film, I would be okay to do the film with any other co-star. It all depends on what they plan to do with the project.”

Shuddhi a project close to K Jo’s heart, that earlier had a casting coup with Kareeena Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan to play the lead role is delayed with Hrithik opting out due to his injury and it is not clear if Bebo is still a part of the project.
