Shut the death hoax, Mrinal Sen is doing fine!

Celebrities have often fallen prey to death hoaxes. The latest victim to this was none other than legendary filmmaker Mrinal Sen. Since late morning, news of Sen passing away suddenly started doing the rounds on social networking sites. Several well-known personalities including film critic Raja Sen and Amitav Ghosh mourned the incident on social network, only to be informed that it was all a mere hoax!

Sen’s family informed the press that he was doing perfectly alright. “News is false, he is absolutely fine and having tea right now,” they said.
