Shyam Benegal looking to cast Fawad Khan in a movie on India-Pakistan peace

The political situation of the country only keeps getting more and more tense, with political parties urging movie makers to ban Pakistani actors in working in their films. And here is a news that will shock everyone.

According to reports, National-Award-winning filmmaker Shyam Benegal is willing to work with Pakistani actor Fawad Khan in his next film, which will deal with reuniting the warring countries through art and cultural ties. The film is titled ‘Ye Raste Hain Pyaar Ke’ and will be directed by Harsh Narayan. One also hears that Fawad could be seen playing a musician in the film.
