After Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Gully Boy star Siddhant Chaturvedi has tested COVID positive as well. the actor took to his social media account and informed his fans about contracting the virus. The 27-year-old also said that he is currently quarantining at his home and is doing well.
The Covid-19 scare has increased in places and there has been a spike in the number of cases in the state of Maharashtra. Due to the circumstances, the government has imposed a lockdown in several hotspots. Shoots have also also been stalled due to the pandemic.
Siddhant took to his Instagram and wrote, “Thank you all for your concern. Confirming that I have tested positive for Covid-19. I am feeling fine at this time and quarantining at home. I have taken all precautions and followed all protocols as adviced by the doctors. Being positive and tackling this head on (sic),”
Along with Ranbir and Bhansali, it was also reported that Alia Bhatt has tested positive for Covid-19, but the actress cleared the air as she revealed that she has tested negative for the virus bits is still in quarantine as a precautionary measure. Alia soon returned to work after completing her isolation as she wrote on her Instagram, “I’ve been reading all your messages of concern and care. I have tested negative for Covid-19 and after isolating and speaking with my doctors, I am back to work from today.”
