‘9th fail’ Sidharth Malhotra wants to kidnap little munchkin Taimur

Recently, Sidharth Malhotra appeared on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ and on the show revealed a secret of his life. Sid said that he failed in ninth standard as his “attention was diverted by girls.” He said, “Yes, my attention was diverted by girls. But this (the failure) turned out to be a positive thing in my life as I was eventually moved to a co-ed school where I learned better. And I passed my 10th and 11th grade with good grades.”

Sidharth was with his co-star Parineeti Chopra to promote their upcoming movie ‘Jabariya Jodi’. The movie is about a surprise wedding of the year which is based on the practice of Pakadwa Shaadis. Sid is playing a rustic character who kidnaps grooms and make them marry at the gunpoint to avoid dowry. When Pari was asked if she is given a chance who she would kidnap in real life, she said, “Saif Ali Khan… I have even told Kareena Kapoor how much I admire Saif.” Sid then replied that he would kidnap Taimur if he is given a chance.

Well, the entire Bollywood is fond of Taimur and why not. He is so adorable.

Talking about ‘Jabariya Jodi’, the trailer has got a positive response from the fans and followers. Produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, and Shailesh R Singh, it is set to hit the silver screens on August 2, 2019.
