Sidharth Malhotra starrer Yodha gets postponed, new release date OUT

Sidharth Malhotra starrer Yodha is one of the most awaited films this year. The upcoming action thriller is directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha. Sidharth will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in Yodha. As many are aware, Yodha was earlier slated to release on 15^th September. Fans will have to wait a little more as Yodha’s release has been postponed. Yes, Sidharth starrer will now release on 8^th December.

Yodha gets a new release date

On Tuesday, Karan Johar took to Instagram and announced the new release date. The filmmaker captioned his post, “We are all set to land in cinemas on 8^th December, 2023!!”

Reacting to KJo’s post, a fan wrote, “Can’t wait.” Another fan commented, “Sooooo excited for this.” “Finally its arriving,” wrote a fan. Another fan dropped a comment saying, “Congrats best wishes.”

Apart from Sidharth, Yodha also stars Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna. Yodha is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Amazon Prime Video.

For the uninitiated, Sidharth and Karan have worked together on films like Student of the Year, Brothers, Hasee Toh Phasee and Shershaah. Now, it will be a treat to watch Sidharth in Karan Johar produced Yodha. Earlier talking about the film, Sidharth had said in a statement, “As an artist, you would want to work on scripts that bring out the best in you. This truly unveiled a newer version of me, which I am very thankful for.”

After Yodha, Sidharth Malhotra also has Rohit Shetty’s web series Indian Police Force. The upcoming cop drama will mark Sidharth’s OTT debut. The actor wrapped up shooting for Indian Police Force in January this year.
