Soha Ali Khan’s daughter gets a special gift from captain Mithali Raj

Children can learn faster than adults and it’s better to teach them when they are young. And it looks like Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu’s little munchkin may already have a new sport to develop interest in! Inaaya Naumi Kemmu has received a special gift from our Indian women’s cricket team captain, Mithali Raj and it’s a cricket bat.

Soha shared a picture of the gift on Twitter and wrote, “Thank you so much @M_Raj03 for this very precious present for Inaaya!! Can’t wait for her to grow into it – until then we will be watching you continue to make India proud on the field.”

On the bat, along with her autograph, Mithali wrote a special message for Inaaya. “To Inaaya, it’s never to early to start,” read the message.

Mithali quoted Soha’s tweet and replied writing, “Thank you!! And you’re most welcome! There’s bound to be some cricket in her blood!”

Mithali was referring to Soha’s dad, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, the former captain of the Indian cricket team. He was one of the best cricketers and was also called the “best fielder in the world”.

Soha and Kunal welcomed Inaaya Naumi Kemmu last year on September 29. Inaaya turned 9-months-old on June 29.
