Sona Mohapatra gives befitting replies to netizens who trolled her for raising question on the country’s economy

Singer Sona Mohapatra is very active on social media and she never minces her words. She is very vocal and comes forward to speak whenever she finds anything wrong on social media platforms. Like other celebs, Sona has also been urging her fans to stay indoors and stay safe. Due to the COVID-19 lockdown, the economy of our country has seen a downward slope. Taking to her Twitter handle, Sona Mohapatra questioned the Government over the falling economy of the country. The question by Sona got her trolled to which she gave befitting replies.

Sona shared an article asking PM Narendra Modi, “Is the government going to come up with an economic stimulus package?If yes,when? If no,why not?Also, what will be the exact nature of the package?Are we allowed to ask these questions or not?Why is the PM silent?Why is the FM silent?” A section of netizens slammed her advising her to stick to her profession i.e singing and not ask questions on the economy.

A Twitter user wrote, “tum wannabe intellectual kyu ban rahi ho? Apne profession pai dyan do? Gyaan gaane mai baato..Jis field sai belong karti ho wo karo.” To which Sona replied back, “Oye jobless fellow. I have a hundred talents & many more brain cells than your whole clan put together. Go wash your face before you try giving me your two cents on what I can opine on.”

She gave yet another befitting reply to a user saying, “Mr Khuntia, hope you have a genuine doctors degree? Fake? I doubt any real doctor in the world has the time to come do a troll dance on Twitter when he should be out helping patients & saving lives?”
