Sonakshi Sinha reveals the truth behind her arrest video

Bollywood beauty Sonakshi Sinha, who is on a roll with her upcoming projects, shocked everyone on social media as her video went viral on Tuesday. In the video, she can be seen getting arrested by the police.

Earlier, it was reported that the actress had been accused by an event organizer who had filed an FIR for his loss. Following the incident, the Mumbai Police paid a visit to the actress’ house to record a statement.  All of a sudden, the arrest video was trending on social media with the hashtag #AsliSonaArrested. There were a lot of speculations on the same. Sonakshi took to her Insta handle and shared the actual truth.

While some social media users remained confused about Sonakshi’s video, some warned the brands for its promotional strategy. Revealing the truth behind her arrest video, Sonakshi shared a video which she made in association with a cosmetic brand. Check out her post right here.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sonakshi Sinha is currently promoting her upcoming film – ‘Mission Mangal’ co-starring Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Vidya Balan, Kirti Kulhari and Sharman Joshi in central roles. The film is set against the backdrop of India’s mission to Mars. It is being helmed by Jagan Shakti. The film is slated to hit the screens on the occasion of Independence Day on August 15th.
