Sonakshi Sinha To Avoid Mall Promotions

Actress Sonakshi Sinha is avoiding promoting her movies in the shopping malls these days all due to a fan who had troubled her during a mall promotion. She has made it absolutely clear to her producers that she will not be attending any event that is held in the malls.

According to sources,A friend said, “These days many promotional activities are held at malls. It helps establish a direct connect with the audience. However, it is this ‘direct contact’ Sonakshi wants to avoid ,Call him a fan or a maniac, but this guy not only came too close to the actress but also touched her hair. Sonakshi is still terrified over the incident and has absolutely no intention to put herself in a similar situation any time soon. She has informed the makers of ‘Lootera’ and ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobara’ in no uncertain terms that she will not be a part of any such mall visit.”

Sonakshi confirmed this saying: “I have nothing against malls. But the crowd can get unruly at times and on those occasions even the security guards are of little help. I had a pretty bad experience last year while promoting a film. Moreover, there are many other platforms available to promote a film.”
