Sonal Chauhan CONFIRMS joining Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan starrer Adipurush, says she is ‘excited’ about it

Actors Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan starrer Adipurush gets bigger as another new member joins the star cast of the film now. It is now confirmed that actor Sonal Chauhan will be joining Om Raut for Adipurush; however, it is not revealed what character she will be essaying in the film. Confirming her part in the mythological film, the actor mentioned that she is excited to join the star cast of Adipurush while stating that it’s a very different world from the kind of work she has ever done.

Speaking to Times of India, Sonal Chauhan said about starring in Adipurush, “Yes, I’m a part of Adipurush and I’m excited about it. It’s a very different world from the kind of work I’ve done so far. I am sure the audience will enjoy the magnum opus that is Adipurush.” Prabhas will essay the role of Lord Ram whereas Kriti Sanon will be playing the role of his wife, Goddess Sita. Talking about Saif Ali Khan’s role, he will play the demonic king Raavan while Sunny Singh will play Laxman in Adipurush.

Om Raut who made his directorial debut with Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior starring Saif and Ajay Devgn will be directing Prabhas in his upcoming Adipurush. He said, “Prabhas without a doubt is the biggest star in India”. The director further added, “He has the most expressive eyes and it’s a reflection of his heart“.

The director Om Raut seems very impressed by the alluring eyes of the star as he adds “I have managed to get Prabhas to convey the emotions that I have wanted him to, through his eyes”.
